The room at Eden Grove Holiday Homes was absolutely amazing! It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, like a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The seating area was so cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. And the flat-screen TV was a nice bonus for some evening entertainment. I felt right at home in this room.

The only thing I didn't love was that the bungalow didn't have an oven. But hey, that's just a personal preference and others might not even mind.

Everything was fantastic.

The house was super modern and had a high tech feel, the sofa bed was a good size, and the TV facilities were great. There were 3 clean bathrooms and plenty of bedding and towels. The rooms were spacious and each had a hair dryer. The WiFi was good, which was surprising considering the area's connectivity. The beds were very comfy and the size was perfect. The hosts were quick and responsive on chat.

The development is absolutely lovely, located in a charming village surrounded by fields and woodland. the accommodation was tastefully done and the apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and well, appointed. We especially appreciated the ample wardrobe space in the bedrooms and the convenience of having both a bathroom and an en, suite. the on, site workmen were also very helpful in addressing any concerns we had. the location was ideal, with easy access to Penrith, Ullswater, and beautiful walking trails right at our doorstep. it was a quiet and enjoyable holiday experience. Cons: Can't fault it! ⭐️.

Difficult to find the apartment at night, better to arrive during daylight hours. Lack of kitchen utensils and some basic provisions not provided.

We had a great stay at Eden Grove Holiday Homes in a spacious apartment. the bedrooms had plenty of wardrobe space and the bathroom plus en-suite were perfect for our needs. the on-site workers were very helpful in addressing any issues we had. the apartments are new and may have a few initial teething problems, but once these are sorted, it will be an ideal place for a quiet holiday. We loved the location, surrounded by nature and with nearby lakes for exploring. the apartment itself was furnished to a high standard and had all the essential amenities we needed. The BT Wifi was super speedy and we had no trouble parking. Cons: Nothing all excellent. 👍.
